Please read these terms carefully before engaging Heal & Grow Studio for any services.
1. Our services
Heal & Grow Studio provides web design, SEO, and copywriting services to therapy and wellness practices. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Free speculative redesign
Where we offer a free homepage mockup, this is provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed. The mockup remains the intellectual property of Heal & Grow Studio until a project agreement is signed and a deposit received.
3. Payment
Project work requires a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due on completion, prior to handover of files or transfer of website access. Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in your project scope. Additional revisions beyond those included are charged at our standard hourly rate.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, supply required content and assets, and maintain access to any third-party accounts we need to complete the work. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual property
On receipt of final payment, all design assets and content created specifically for your project transfer to you. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for loss of revenue, loss of clients, or any indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
